Know Your Lymphoma

This all Ireland conference will give those affected by lymphoma a great opportunity to hear the latest updates from regional lymphoma experts and ask questions to learn more about their diagnosis. Sessions include: What is Lymphoma?; Breakout sessions: Choice of high grade lymphoma or low grade lymphoma; The psychological impact of a lymphoma diagnosis; Diet and nutrition; Patient experience; The role of exercise after a lymphoma diagnosis; Ongoing follow-up, getting the best from your review appointments; New and future treatments for lymphoma; Clinical trials for lymphoma and an ask the expert panel. 7th Annual Patient Information Day

The CCRCB/Brca Link NI and Action Cancer are organising the 7th annual patient information day for women at high risk of breast and ovarian cancer and their families. The event will be held on Friday 28 April in the Balmoral Hotel, Belfast. Arrive at 9.30am finishing about 3.30pm. The themes this year are "Support for the U30s"; "Fertility including PGD"; "Peer Support" and "Breast Reconstruction Options". We will also have an "Ask the Expert session with a panel from specialties including surgery, plastic surgery, oncology, gynaecology, genetics and fertility. Pre-submit questions to brcani@live.co.uk or feel free to ask on the day. Lunch will be provided. Please register for the event on the WEBSITE provided.
